This privacy policy explains how we, VokerStudio Tasarım Bilişim Ticaret Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("VokerStudio", "we"), collect, use and protect your information when you visit the vokerstudio.com website (the "Site") and when you contact us. For the statutory information on the processing of your personal data, you may also review the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

Information we collect

Information you provide to us directly. When you fill in the contact or quote request forms, we receive your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, and the descriptions relating to your request.

Information collected automatically. When a form is submitted, an irreversibly encrypted (hashed) value of your IP address and browser information are recorded in order to prevent misuse. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as the pages you visit, the device type and your approximate location.

We do not collect membership data, payment data or sensitive personal data through the Site.

How do we use your information?

  • To respond to your messages and evaluate your quote requests;
  • To prepare a suitable quote for you and to conduct project discussions;
  • To ensure the security of the Site and to prevent spam and misuse;
  • If you give your consent, to improve the content and experience by understanding how the Site is used;
  • To fulfil our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing communications without your consent.

With whom do we share your information?

Form submissions are stored on our own servers and are viewed only by the VokerStudio team. If you consent to analytics cookies, usage data is shared with Google, the provider of the Google Analytics service. Other than this, your information is shared with competent authorities only where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Cookies

The Site stores the preferences necessary for its operation (your theme choice and your cookie preference) in your browser. Google Analytics cookies are used only if you give your consent. For details, please see the Cookie Policy.

Retention period

We retain form submissions for a maximum of 2 years from the conclusion of your request; if a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply. When the period expires, the data is erased or anonymised.

Security

The Site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form data is kept on servers with restricted access, IP addresses are not stored in plain form, and the forms are protected against automated misuse. Although no transmission over the internet is one hundred percent secure, we take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), you have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, and to object to its processing. You may send your requests to info@vokerstudio.com. Details are provided in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

The Site may contain links to other websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites; we recommend that you review their own policies when you visit them.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at persons under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
